The City Manager, City Attorney and Executive Assistant have combined with the City Clerk's Office to comprise the Administration Department.

The responsibilities of the Clerk Administrator and City Clerk include the following operational categories:

Operations or Legislative Administrator: Prepares and distributes Council agendas and attends meetings; records all Council legislative actions including ordinances, resolutions, and minutes. Advertises and coordinates appointments to the City's commissions and committees.
